Loved everything about our experience. Salesperson, Philippe Lubin was very friendly, informative and best of all, not pushy. If there is one thing that is a total turn off to us, is a pushy salesperson. Frank the sales manager was very warm & welcoming, and Erin in finance was great

Nick F, service advisor, is a wizard and was practically born into the Volvo family as a child. Mary M, service administrator, always has a smile and the time to efficiently handle whatever you need whether booking an appointment or renting a car if there are no loaners. And Mike M, service manager, is a consummate professional who takes the time to call you with any updates as well as test drive cars himself. Looking for a car can be a daunting process. Kundert Volvo made it much less painful than I thought it would be. The service was excellent!

I needed to get my Volvo a 20,000 mile service. Everyone I spoke with was professional, courteous, and friendly. In addition, the whole experience was convenient. I called and got right through to a live person, and was able to make an appointment within a quick timeframe that worked well for me. The day of the appointment, they had all my info and serviced the car in less time than I had anticipated. They have a nice, quiet lounge so I was able to wait and get some work done (free coffee & wifi). The whole experience was excellent and convenient!
