Kundert Volvo

Everytime I have brought my 2011 XC60 in for service I have been pleased with how I have been treated and could not have been happier with the sales department when I purchased my Certified Pre-Owned Volvo. I have never experienced any of the negative stereotypical car dealership hassle. I have had a problem with oil burning now twice and both times everyone has been attentive and thorough. I only hope that this continues and that we are able to get to the root of the problem and satifactorially rectify the issue prior to my warranty expiration next summer.

After reading reviews I decided to try Kundert with just an oil change and tire balance just to see if it would fix my wobbly ride. I have an older Volvo (2008) and thought it might be weird going into such a first class Volvo dealership. Instead, I was treated exceptionally well, updated on everything they found (read some codes and solved an anti skid light that had many perplexed), and given a very fair price. I will definitely be returning next month for maintenance and repair of skid light problem. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to any Volvo owner of any budget for their needs!

Not only do I love Volvo cars, I love this dealership. They truly take care of their customers. I had a flat tire last Friday and had my car towed to them. A couple of hours later Pete Pesce called to let me know my new tire was already on the car! The best part is I have tire insurance which Erin Kundert encouraged me to take when I got the car and I am eternally grateful that I listened to her. Altho I lease my Volvo, my daughter has one that I bought her as a graduation gift and she loves her car as much as I love mine. We both feel very safe in them. I am a loyal Volvo customer and recently took my business to Kundert Volvo in Hasbrouck Heights looking for a new vehicle. From the moment I stepped into the showroom I was treated with the most outstanding service I have ever experienced in car buying. I was greeted at the door by a friendly receptionist who directed me to our salesman, Van Dixon. Van took the time to get to know my wife and I, answering our questions with patience and a very non-saleslike curiosity. It was clear from the onset that Van was not looking to pressure us into buying but rather, he was more interested in helping us to make the best decision for our particular budget and needs. Dealing with the finance was also a pleasant experience. Erin Kundert made every attempt to get us into the vehicle of our choice. We were given a very fair value for our trade-in and Erin made sure we got every available incentive available. I cannot say enough about how professional, courteous and genuinely warm the entire team at Kundert is. Kundert will have my loyal business for many years to come.
