Was looking for a drama free car purchase. Sales team straight out started telling me lies, which were not even self consistent.

I did not expect to buy a car the day that I went back to Kundert to "look around". I already had a Kundert Volvo ( XC60) so going back to the dealership for my next one was a given. My first experience was great.I saw my XC90 and I loved it. It was in the showroom. It was must have for me and my growing family. Jim was my service advisor for my last two visits to Kundert Volvo. He is superb! He kept me informed of the status of the repair and told me in advance of the estimated time it would take. He attends to every little detail and helps the customer in every way possible, not least of which is applying the maximum discount available for the job. He is a pleasure to work with because of his dedication to customer service. No one could expect more. I have a newfound appreciation of Kundert Volvo in Hasbrouck Heights as a result of my experience with Jim. At Jim's request, Mike intervened to help me arrange the roadside assistance that I needed for the loaner car I used. It had a dead battery. Mike directed me to call Volvo On Call. They came in no time at all. Invariably the work performed at this service center is excellent. I never returned due to a problem with the work and I have had quite a few repairs here over the years. My Volvo is a model year 2001. I like it too much to part with.

I have serviced my 2010 VOLVO XC60 since my purchase in 2010 and have been very satisfied. The staff has always been extremely courteous and proficient. I just completed a brake service after 63,000+ miles and as always, was pleased with the repair and relate expense.
