Dealer honoring the oil and tire rotation warranty was Great. Very good service. I was impressed with the Service Manager and when in Boulder I will have my service done there.

Had oil changed, inspection report said front brake pads were worn when they were basically brand new. Front brake pads were NOT worn. This is really bad and is fraudulent to indicate this when it is not the case.

To many unknowns after my purchase. I spent an additional 2K to make it inspection ready.

Waited two weeks for an appointment then waited an extra day in shop for them just to over charge me for a check up that I clearly said I thought was under warranty! Waste of time! Bad customer service!
