I had a very good experience, especially with my sales person, and will recommend Auction Direct. My only negative feedback is I didn’t care for how the only interest rate info provided to me was tied to the purchase of an extended warranty. After the sale, upon reflection, it felt shady. I would have preferred to see figures with and without a warranty.

Joe was very informative and professional. I'm very glad that he was our salesperson.

Sales man was helpful and did what he could. Service department is not will to work with my schedule on something that they owe me from the deal.

Ok for starters we was just looking just browsing around and seen something that we might could possibly get but it was like maybe 1 hour before they closed yes only 1 hour and decided no we not going to do that these people are ready to go home remind you it’s cold so freaking cold anyway long story short we seen this truck talk to Jordan next thing I know we was singing papers taking home a Ford F 150 truck he was great talked and walked us through and explained everything there was needed to know about this truck with only 1 hour before closing their doors wasn’t rushing made us feel so comfortable trust me I will definitely recommend this place and this salesman i mean yes everyone has a job to do but he is so freaking awesome you will not be disappointed go check them out but don’t forget ask for JORDAN
