Great experience with this dealer. They all try to make me more confortable even though I don’t speak English very well. After bought the car (2019 dodge charger) I reported a noise at the back, they cared about it, pretty fast and perfectly done. So I recommend.

My experience was horrible and distasteful! I called and was transferred to Judah which he sounded like he was working from home with a bunch of kids in the background. I ignored the noise! I said hello, your name again he said Judah, “I said my name such and such I’m calling about my application status.” He says how may I help you, I said a second time, “I’m calling about my application status” now I become frustrated because I said twice what my call was in reference to. I then say to Judah are you in the office or you’re working from home he says in the office. I said okay I filled out an application and never heard anything back from no one. He says, “let me take a look and then asked me was I putting a down payment.” I was then a little concerned I said I’m sorry but I provided all that info already this is my second phone call I will provide the info again but what happened to the info I provided on Thursday. He said you called me! OH REALLY! First of all you need to take a customer service and proper etiquette class because yes I did but you will not handle me like that! He said you didn’t speak to me! It shouldn’t matter if I spoke to Joe or Karen that information should be in the system. He said I will provide my finance manager with your information and you will hear back from him or me. I knew it was “BS” I haven’t heard back from no one. I wouldn’t recommend to no one due to the lack of follow up and dealing with someone or a company who doesn’t take people’s personal private information serious.
