I visited this dealership on April, 09, 2026 to inquire about a vehicle I saw online. I was informed of a $300 deposit required to hold the vehicle, which I was told would only reserve it for 24 hours. However, there was no written policy provided, and I was told that any decision regarding whether the deposit is refundable or not is at the general manager’s discretion. That lack of clarity around whether the deposit would be returned—even for simply holding a vehicle for a short period—was a major red flag to me and gave the impression that a customer’s money is not fully protected. Additionally, I felt some pressure to move forward after expressing hesitation, which added to my discomfort. I ultimately chose not to proceed. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering doing business here request all terms in writing and fully understand refund policies before providing any form of payment.

AVOID THIS DEALER!!! Advertised a truck that isn't ready to be sold but scheduled me for a test drive knowing I couldn't drive it. Tried to sell me something else. Classic bait and switch. GM would not return my calls or emails. Horrible experience; waste of time.

I went to Auction Direct because both of my daughters have previously bought a vehicle from them. I had also found a vehicle online that I thought may be the right fit for me. I had been looking for a vehicle for months. Joe got right on it and located the vehicle. After a test drive I decided that it was the vehicle for me. The buying process was very smooth. I am very pleased with the care and time that Joe put in to help me get into a much needed new vehicle. I would highly recommend Joe and Tom.
