Sold my identity

I moved to a new address on June 23rd, bought a car from Right Honda on July 3rd. Their Finance Director Tom Bowman asked me to send him a copy of the Front and back of my social security card. Not feeling comfortable in doing that, I drove to the dealership the afternoon of July 5th. He persuaded me to allow him to make a copy, which didn’t seem right. On July 8th my identity was being used by another individual in applying for credit all over the place. I didn’t know until July 21st and what proves it happened at Right Honda is the fact that the person with my identity was using my “NEW” address and social security number that was only ever connected at Right Honda. I went to the dealership to unload on them, only to find TWO Scottsdale Officers parked out front, and Tom Bowman was no longer there. Scottsdale Police told me to file the report as it’s “highly” likely my issue is related to why Tom Bowman is no longer there. I asked the GM to do the right thing and pay for a service to fix my problems, and I was denied as they didn’t want to accept responsibility. It’s obvious that my identity was sold from the paperwork on file at the dealership. Highly recommend that you keep your private information away from the employees and the dealership.

Gary Kravetz - my favorite auto salesman for 10+ years

Right Honda is a good dealership, but the main reason I give it high reviews is because of Gary Kravetz. I have bought cars from Gary for over 10 years and have recommended him to several other people. He makes the entire process easy - inquiring about stock and prices, viewing vehicles, test driving, and purchasing. My only complaint is that he only sells Hondas.

Fast, Easy, and Informative

Chris Rodriguez at Right Honda made my trade in experience extremely easy. I was weary of getting sucked into a super high payment and not being happy since I had been to two dealerships prior and they could not even come close. Chris worked with me on the deal I wanted and provided all of the information I needed. He was in communication with me whenever I had a question and the whole process went soo smooth. He was very easy to talk to and I could tell he really valued helping people. Chris even gave me my first oil change on the house! I would recommend Right Honda to other people who are searching for a new, preowned, or lease vehicle!

Honda Civic purchase

Happy with the way in which my new car transaction was handled. Chris Rodriguez worked with my son as well as myself with this purchase. Pleased that he was willing to deliver the vehicle to me

Efficient and friendly service

Right Honda got me in and out in a couple hours with a good price on the vehicle I wanted. We negotiated over price and they were knowledgable and amicable throughout the whole process, and that made all the difference.

Costco purchase of 2018 accord

Right Honda was responsive to my request from the Costco program. Sales contacts were professional. The dealership is friendly gave it a 3 because when the time came to do the paperwork they quoted a higher interest rate than what I qualified for and the payment did not add up to the amount quoted.

I had another Excellent sales experience. Adrien is awesome! Was in and out in just under 2 hrs to buy a new CRV. Great dealership.

Finance is very rude

I had a 2015 Honda Civic LX and recently got another car from Showcase Honda. I was always told that Right Honda could never do anything for me and they never tried. I called today to find out about a refund on my GAP and the guy said I had to o have my old paperwork. Then he said give me the VIN and he sounded very frustrated. Then he said his computer stopped working and that my info wasn't coming up. Wow....that is all I can say.
