Buying a car
Bought my first car from Hamilton Nissan on my daughter's recommendation. She had purchased 2 cars and was extremely happy with both. From my first visit, Adam, my salesman, was great! And when I went to pick up the car, Dwain and Ashley made it so easy, and fast. Great experience! What a great team!!

Professional and complete service
Loved the car, but had engine trouble after just 3 days, Hamilton took care of the repair quickly and completely and I was back on the road in a couple of days. They provided a nice car for me to drive while the repairs were being done.

Ok but not very clean when picking up
Enjoy everything but the cleaning of the vehicle would go back my Dad got a truck he was happy with it and his trade in

Was very efficient, in and out quickly. No problems. Everything as expected. I was there less than an hour. Used the oil change for life program

Pretty good!
Greg was very friendly and worked very well to get us where we wanted to be on the payment. Ashley was very awesome, explained everything very well and didn't try to push us into adding anything we didn't want. The only issue was the next day when we arrived to pick it up. Had all day to detail it and gas it up since it was muddy and sitting on empty, but when we got there it had not been touched!

I had the oil changed and the tires rotated.
My appointment was for eight o'clock on a Friday which I know is a busy day. I arrived at 7:50, and Don cordially greeted me. The car sat until 8:30 and was not finished until about 9:30. Don is great, and I was a little disappointed with the time it took to complete the work. It has never taken that long.

Oil change, tire rotation and carwash.
Oil change, tire rotation and car wash in a reasonable amount of time. Made my appointment online, was very easy to get an appointment when I needed it.

Not quite up to par yet...
When I purchased car, I received lifetime oil changes and they had a family discount program for other family cars. They mightily impressed me with 30 - 45 minute oil changes, and I brought my other car in for it's oil change, only to find out they discontinued the family program. I paid full price, with pleasure because it was still only 30 - 45 minutes and no sales job afterwards. Last oil change I left a scathing review on the service and sales job given to me - I waited over 2 hours for my car. So I took our third car needing an oil change to Jiffy Lube. This time I was in the service doc at 7:30 on a Tuesday, and they (a) asked if I had an appointment, and (b) said 1.5 hours for the oil change. I said okay, and waited for the sales job. I got my car back in a little over an hour, and the service man just left the paperwork on the dashboard. Seems they are getting to know me and prefer not to deal with me. This benefit of free oil changes is starting to be cumbersome. I'm supposed to be a valuable customer. I wonder if I can sue for this benefit value to pay for Jiffy Lube oil changes?

I've never been disappointed with the service and the friendliness of the entire staff. Work has always been completed and in a timely manner.
