Service manager thought I was lying about my wait after my car was ready to be picked up, but no one told me after I paid that it was ready, and I was left waiting around 30 minutes or so in the waiting room. He said I should go elsewhere in the future. No, you all need to do better, I didn’t do anything wrong. Own up to your mistake and learn from it. “Be realistic here.”
