Kyle Durbin was exceptional.

Kyle Durbin was exceptional. Kyle made the entire process of purchasing my vehicle from the test drive to signing the final paperwork, effortless. He was very knowledgeable in answering all my questions with such patience. The entire Suntrup team is great. I love my new vehicle!

Greg Cole was fantastic.

Greg Cole was fantastic. Super knowledgeable, the opposite of pushy and a pleasure with whom to work. After driving and/or considering more than 10 different cars, Greg sold me on the Hyundai Tucson and I couldn’t be happier. He even went out of his way to find the color combo I wanted (required - ha ha). This was a great experience and I can’t recommend Greg and Suntrup enough.

Two years ago I bought a quality used car from Suntrup

Two years ago I bought a quality used car from Suntrup Hyundai. Upon final inspection before I drove it off the lot, I asked my sales representative if my new car had a regular spare tire and not a run flat. In the past I've had issues with rentals not having a spare tire or I had 'run flats' which I don't care for. He opened the hatch and indicated the regular spare was in the space indicated. It was in a hidden area which held the tire. Unfortunately, I didn't inspect it and believed him. Recently I had a flat tire. Come to find out I had NO spare at all. I called Hyundai and left a message with a manager to call me back regarding my car. He/She never did. I am absolutely tired of people not doing their job and lacking integrity and professionalism. Now I have to buy an entire wheel which if purchased new is over $600! Suntrup...DO BETTER BY YOUR CUSTOMERS!!

This is the second time I’ve bought a vehicle from

This is the second time I’ve bought a vehicle from Suntrup Hyundai, and it couldn’t have gone any better! Everyone made the process so smooth & effortless, especially my salesman Kyle Durbin! All of the staff were friendly, professional, and so helpful. I’m happy with the price of the trade-in and the new whip. I will be sending my friends and family here for all future car needs. Highly recommend!

Starting in 2002, I just picked up my 5th Hyundai Elantra

Starting in 2002, I just picked up my 5th Hyundai Elantra from Suntrup Hyundai South. This time I decided to lease and had a wonderful experience with Kyle Durbin in Sales and Kati Patterson in Finance. I trust Suntrup to give me a fair deal on my trade-in and new lease. I recommend Kyle and Kati. Both are easy to work with, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about their product.

Andy was great all around.

Andy was great all around. He helped me find the car I wanted and made sure I understood it's features and options. He even sent some video of a car he brought in for me helping all the way. He's friendly and knowledgeable, not pushy. The finance person Kelly tried hard to sell stuff I didn't need and had no value. She also tried to sneak in at least 3 different add ons costing thousands of dollars. When her hard sell didn't work, she switched to insults and then a temper tantrum. I got followup from Deanna Weatherford but she didn't even attempt to address my fiance dept complains and just said that's not the experience we want.
