Trade in 2012 CR-V EX-L for a new 2015

Ed Voyles is first rate. They don't haggle, and they are always professional. They also have a sense of humor. Having bought 6 cars there, I would still go back.

The Best Experience Ever!!!

I have to say me and my husband Experience was the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! My Salesman was Greg Saeed he and the Finance advisor was very patience and willing to listen. Greg Exceeded our expectations by providing good Customer Service. We will surly visit again for our future purchases. We highly recommend this Dealership.

Problem solved with professionalism!

Since moving to Atlanta 2 years ago, I have found the service response to remain consistent, from diagnosis, to repair, to cost. I have no complaints.

Car Repair

The staff was great the person that took care of me was Marcus Waters. I feel comfortable there I have been going there for years. There is a Honda dealer up the street from me I pass it just to go to Ed Voyles. Thanks

Chason Pendley is as easygoing and honest as they come

I had the pleasure of dealing with Chason in buying a vehicle for my daughter. Chason was easy to deal with and honest. He's there to help customers get the car of their choice and will do it without any deceit. Honesty and humility will always serve one well and Chason has those qualities. I will definitely recommend Chason and his staff at Ed Voyles Honda.

Changed perception

I've purchases Hondas and Hyundais from the Ed Voyles dealerships and they've been wonderful, but my most recent experience leasing a Honda CRV was exceptional even for them. Salesman Frank Fan and management staff John Schibi, Roy Webster and Richard Wade were transparently efficient with the entire process. I told them what I wanted and they helped me get there with NO pressure. Family atmosphere, pleasant surroundings and a very different experience from the usual general perception of buying a car. Can I give them SIX stars?

Not helpful

We walked in on Sunday afternoon to look at an Oddysey. We were greeted by Marty and shown a vehicle in the showroom. The battery on the car was disconnected so we were unable to open the trunk door. He did not offer to pull around a vehicle so we could view all the features. He was unable to provide pricing information. Overall he seemed uninterested in gaining our business. We will not be back.

Best dealer and staff in Ga

I recently purchased my car from Ed Voyles Honda. It was an incredibly easy process. Chason Pendley and David Pilgrim are true class acts ! They never pressured me one time. And they made sure that I got the car I wanted. I would never dream of doing business anywhere else! The selection of inventory is Huge and they made me feel like a part of the family!

Refreshing!!!!

I recently purchased a 2015 Odyssey from Ed Voyles. I dispise buying a car but was blown away by this dealership. I met my salesperson Heather and drove several vans. I had many questions and issues with the pricing and trade in values. Heather introduced me to the General Sales Manager John Schibi who I must say is the opposite of the stereotyped dealership manager. We looked at competitor pricing and Edmunds values and the offer he proposed is actually better than what I was expecting . I recommend this dealership.
