Buying a new vehicle and servicing my old cat

I went in not expecting to make a purchase today, but in the very near future. The people I worked with were very pleasant and helpful and did not pressure me. Both Matt and Cory made it a very easy decision to just do it! And, Dan Strausburg, as always, is a pleasure to deal with. I have a new CR-V! :-)

Gave me the BEST DEAL

I was shopping for a 2013 odysssey Elite and wanted to trade in my 2010 touring. Visited Gwinett with whomi have purchased my last TWO Odysseys and they were totally non-compeititive with their pricing. ED Voyles has my business now for life

2/14 Service Visit

Service is always excellent at Ed Voyles. The only issue I had was trying to get back to pick up my car. I had forgotten what the "cut off time" was for the shuttle to pick me up. Plus, I had gotten so busy at work that I lost track of time and did not call until 4:50 to check on the car and ask for the shuttle service. Had to get the driver numbers from the Service Writer, because I had forgotten to ask for a card from the driver (Jim) that morning. Jim was not answering his phone since he got off at 2:30. My only choice was to call Tom, who told me I was too late and out of luck for him to pick me up. I mostly angry at myself because I failed to put my car as the most important item of the day. I got a ride from a co-worker, who had to go out of their way to get me there, and all turned out well. Complained to Gregg Gibson, who patiently listened to me and he then offered me his card and said if it ever happened again to call him and he would see that someone picked me up from Sprint at Cumberland Mall/Akers Mill Rd area. He said he would speak to all involved the next day, too. This is all mainly my fault and I know you cannot make exceptions for someone who calls in too late, but it wasn't like I was any more than 10 minutes (in bad traffic) from the dealership. It would have been nice to be a little compassionate since I was spending around $1,300 to get several things done to my car.

Loyalty all the way

I have been taking my car to Ed Voyles since I bought my car nearly 6 years ago. I have used their service dept and the body shop. Both have very timely and quality service. I almost always request Dan Strousburg in the service dept. He provides excellent service and positive attitude. He makes the processes as painless as possible. I can't say enough great things about him. I have also used the transportation services offered during repair and it is always reliable.

Excellent Service

I made a morning appointment for an oil change and window regulator replacement. I was only there a little over a couple of hours. The service performed was great. My Associate Marcus took very good care of me too. He handled my credit card transaction, since I'm handicapped, and helped me to and from my vehicle! That meant so much. Thanks again Marcus!!!
