Lies, Lies, and more lies.
I recently purchased a used Honda CRV from Crest Honda. During the buying process, I was given a price for and with a "five year, 100K miles warranty. I was told by the salesman they would clean it up, that they had the finest detail people in the business. "We will wax, shampoo the interior," etc. Wax, NO, shampoo, NO. When the warranty came in the mail, it was for 4 yrs NOT 5, as I had been told. They explained the warrany was actually for 7 yrs from date of first service. LIE, LIE, LIE!

Great service!
I leased my car from Crest Honda last October and was very happy with Crest's handling of the whole transaction, including dealing with the insurance company. Ever since, I have visited their service center a couple of times for some minor damage (the plastic panel on the bottom of the door had fallen off) and everyone was super nice and courteous. They fixed the problems quickly and with a smile. Will definitely head there should I have any more issues in the future.

New car purchase
I have a long history of car purchases with Crest Honda. I bought my first new car from Crest Honda in 1999, great experience then! I drove my Accord for 12 years and knew I wanted to go back to Crest. My decision was reinforced after learning about their upfront pricing program. It was so nice not to feel like you had to haggle for a price for a car! No other dealers had that similar no-haggle pricing. And one actually directed me back to Crest to buy a car since I informed them I could get a better price there. My service during the whole purchase process was great!

Love my New Accord
Purchased a 2011 Accord in August. Angel could not have been more helpful. She searched for just the car, color and features I requested. We were very pleased with their Up Front pricing and wish all dealerships would use it. Service department for routine maintenance has been great, and when an out of town friend needed their Honda serviced they did it at no charge. Granted not much work was needed but we didn't know that until they completed the repair.

Great Experience!
My wife and I have had a number of Honda's all purchased from different dealers as we moved around the country. My wifes last Civic had to be replaced after being in an accident and we wanted to stick with Honda. We looked at a number of dealers in Nashville and Franklin and no one would give me a straight price for the car we wanted. Everyone was trying to get me to come in so we could "discuss" and they could "show us the features." Mind you we've had hondas the last 10 years, we know Hondas and explained we knew what we wanted, we just wanted the best price. No one would give us an out the door price, Crest Honda however did. Within an hour of calling them I had an email with 2 out the door prices for 2 different cars. I called up to validate the total and they confirmed it matched. We went in and test drove the car to make sure we liked the one we saw on line and it was perfect. Sat down to do the paperwork and there was an "optional" charge for security VIN stickers they put on the car but I told them I wanted that waived because I didn't ask for it and they did. They also got me the 0.9% interest which I was surprised I got and I walked away with a better car at the terms I wanted and a smaller payment then we had for a better car (civic replaced with accord.) I'm really impressed with Crest Honda and can see myself and my wife going back when it's time to replace my Ridgeline. Great job, great service. Thanks for the easy car buying experience!
