Positive experience

I went to Crest Honda in Nashville to take my 2007 Honda Element SC in for an oil change. Just days before My daughter and I visited and she traded for a really nice EX-L V6 Accord. I test drove it for her. Well, while I was there fixing to get an oil change I thought I'd test the water and play Monty Hall's "Let's make a deal".(BTW I had brought my title with me) I was looking at the new 2012 models. I found the one I liked. It was the showroom display. Stunning color, White Orchid Pearl with saddle tan leather interior. It had the works. Voice command everything, heated everything, duel climate control, GPS voice command, XM radio and Ipod access and alot more. The most options I've ever had on a car.. REALLY! Crest and I worked out a sweet trade-in and drove it home. It sure make the wifes eyes pop when she saw it in the driveway. She loves it too. I got a SUPER interest rate on the balance. Neally nice people who go the extra effort. The people I bought the Element from couldn't hold a candle to these guys. Good job Crest. So to make a long story short. I went in for an oil change on my 2007 Element, instead I drove home a new 2012 White Orchid Pearl Honda Accord Sedan EX-L V6 w/navigation. Love that car.. I can truthfully say on my last roadtrip I averaged 31.4 mpg with an average speed of 75mph. For a 271hp V6, that's simply fantastic MPG. In closing these people will do you right. They are staight up with the price. No haggling. Do the haggling on your trade-in (smile). When you bring it in for an oil change or maintenance, they wash your car free. Cool! My next car will be from these people. You can bet on that. I'm retired and wasn't solicited to write this. When I'm treated right, I don't mind paying it forward. Respectfully, Robert

Honda civic Servicing

Whenever I go to Crest Honda for oil change it won take more than 30 minutes. Excellent customer service. Even 10,000 miles maintenance they won take more than what estimated. We can enjoy popcorn during the time. Kids can play in play room. We can use computer and browse internet. A place where car can be taken care well and we don't get bored while you are at Crest Honda.

red carpet treatment

I was on my way down to Orland from Chicago when my wipers broke on my dts. It was a Saturday morning raining the service department never saw me before but I was treated as if I was a life long customer. They didn't have the part so when they had to rent a vehicle for me so I could continue on my trip the rental place was short handed so the service manger drove me and my stuff to get the rental and sent me on my way without further delay. Made me a life long customer

Wonderful experience!

Great to have Larry the Car Dog help me out! I went in looking to buy a used car on a budget, and had the option of leasing a new car presented to me which turned out to be a great idea given my budget and future plans. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly and made an experience I was dreading into an actually pleasant one!

Friendly personnel

Since we purchased our Cadillac at Crest we have been very pleased with any and all services we have used there. Everyone from the salesperson to the service people are great to deal with. I am glad we looked beyond Clarksville to purchase our Caddy.

The treated my mom like royalty

The fact that Crest Honda had the right car in stock was good. That they had an upfront price better than other dealers was great. That Glenn King took care to make this an awesome transaction for my mom was the best. THANKS CREST. Awesome experience purchasing new 2012 Honda Civic

In Search of affordable quality used car.

Quick return call on internet inquirey. Several attempts made to earn my business, but were not able to agree on price. Good overall response from an internet inquirey and Sales force was respectful and not forceful.
