I drove two hours from Indianapolis to purchase a car at
I drove two hours from Indianapolis to purchase a car at this dealership. My experience with the salesman was nice but after he turned the process over to the sales &finance manager it went downhill from there. The sales manger (I don’t remember his name) came off condescending when I asked him a question and was very short with me. After meeting with him, I was turned over to the finance manager where my experience continued to go downhill. Chelsea started off somewhat friendly until I called my auto broker, who I worked with to negotiate the deal, and put him on speaker phone. He asked me to put him on speaker phone so he could hear what Chelsea was saying as she went over the paperwork I needed to sign. He was extremely nice to her but she immediately got an attitude and told him she wasn’t going to discuss any numbers with me while he was on speaker phone. My broker then stated if I gave her permission for him to listen, then it shouldn’t be a problem to which she replied she wasn’t going to do it. At that point instead of going back and forth with her my broker told me to end the call. I stepped out of the office to call my broker and when I returned she continued to have an attitude so much so that I called her out on it. I also mentioned to her when I purchased the Lexus I was trading in from another Lexus dealership, they had no issue with my broker being on speaker phone to hear the conversation. She had so much of an attitude that she didn’t cover key points with me like when my first car payment would be due and she failed to offer me the extended warranty on my car. My broker had discussed with me the possibility of adding the extended warranty but she never mentioned it. She was too focused on me turning down gap insurance, even going so far as to say she was surprised my broker didn’t encourage me to add to my loan since I had negative equity. I left the dealership feeling like I wasn’t valued and didn’t receive the best customer service once I was handed off. I most definitely wouldn’t drive two hours again to purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

Ms. Anderson I am very sorry to hear about your experience while here at our store. Unfortunately, we must have fallen very short on your experience while here. We do our best to keep our customers private information very safe when they are here as well as when they leave. There is no excuse to you feeling like you were not a valued customer and for that I apologies. I do show that you signed off on declining any additional products offered to you at the time of your visit, but I am happy to offer you the same parameters now as we did when you were here. Great experience overall. Easy to navigate parking lot and inside dealership. Everyone welcomed and asked if needed anything immediately. All sales and other staff knew everything they needed to know when I asked.
