This is my 3rd vehicle purchased from this dealership. The staff is amazing. Both Julio and Jeffrey made my transaction smooth and easy.

When I decide I want to buy a car, I am the ideal

When I decide I want to buy a car, I am the ideal customer in that I don't try to nickel and dime or waste anyone's time. I saw a new Ford I wanted on the Montebello lot. I was happy with the price quoted on Truecar so I made an appointment with plans to have a quick test drive and then purchase the car. When I got there, one of the sales managers stuck me with an inexperienced sales person who knew nothing about the vehicle or various trim levels of the models. They didn't know where the car was but we eventually found it on their storage lot. Unfortunately I then had to wait 20 minutes while they looked for the keys. When we finally got back to the dealership I directly told them I was ready to buy at the Truecar price. They spent the next 30 minutes not actually listening to what I was saying and trying to confuse me with interest rates and monthly payments. I directly told them my price was the Truecar price, which in the past has been a hassle-free experience for me at other dealerships. They then said the Truecar price was a mistake and that they actually don't have any association with Truecar, which I know is simply not true. They then made two offers, both significantly higher than the price that got me in the door in the first place. I walked out with no regrets. The next day I bought the exact same car at a different Ford dealer for $2k less than Montebello's best offer. Even though Ford Montebello told me they were "losing money" on the deal they were offering me. I'm disappointed I wasted my time but at least I now know to avoid them in the future.

Ordered a Ford Maverick in September of 2022 and finally

Ordered a Ford Maverick in September of 2022 and finally got my car one year later. Oscar Monge helped me out from the ordering process and kept in contact until my car arrived. I was able to fill out the paperwork at home which made the process at the dealership quick and easy. I was in and out within an hour and was finally able to take my Maverick home. Definitely recommend getting your next car at Ford of Montebello. Ask for Oscar Monge if you want a nice and easy no hassle experience!

Excellent experience dealing with Salesperon Leo and Manager Nizar. They were to the point and finalized the deal without wasting any time. Peter, the fiance person was quick to finish the paperwork.
