I had a terrible experience with this dealership, and I strongly recommend avoiding them. The salesman, [Salesman’s Name], was completely inflexible, refusing to budge even a dollar despite my offers being close to the asking price. Meanwhile, the finance manager, [Finance Manager’s Name], initially approved me for an outrageous 11% interest rate. When I declined, they suddenly dropped it to 7% within an hour, proving they weren’t being upfront. After they left me waiting without confirming my financing, I had to cancel my $500 flight. Despite this, they refused to cover any part of my expenses. This dealership is unprofessional, inflexible, and doesn’t value their customers at all. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place.

Napleton in Westmont is an outstanding dealership! Personnel are always available to address any issues or answer any questions we may have. We are always very well treated. This is extremely important to me as a woman! The technicians and service personnel are highly competent. Adam Stratton is an outstanding salesman. We had a positive experience working with him from ourinitial meeting to order our new Macan GTS to taking delivery, with a thorough explanations of the car’s features! His knowledge of our vehicle was excellent. This is our third Macan snd we learned things about the vehicle we had not previously been told. We would be very happy to work with Adam in the future!
