Century West BMW

Never had to complain servicing my vehicles at Century West! Been purchasing and leasing vehicles from this store since 2001. Somehow, I always go back and this goes back to the great service and sales team. Doug and the team at Century West BMW are our only BMW doctors, go see them if you ever need your BMWs serviced or repaired.

Doug in service is wonderful. He has been my service advisor for many years. I trust him to always be honest with me.

Service personnel really do not seem to care about customers. Follow through is limited to texting when the car is ready and going to the cashier for pick up. Avoid them if possible.

Eddie was great! Oil Service was quicker than most other dealers. Only downside is that I have to take the 405 to get there!!! :-)

Eddie is awesome I would definitely recommend going to service or repair the vehicle there.

CW BMW had an excellent inventory and was in great overall condition and was clean.

I went agian and two spanish males Service manager luis and the part department that work there kept saying my vehicle is not plug in
