I’ve been taking my cars to Century west BMW for close to 20 years. From the moment the adviser takes over the car, to the time I pick it up there is always clear communication of the status of my car. I wouldn’t trust another dealer to work on my cars... everything is always repaired/replaced in one trip unless it’s needed to go back due to parts not being available/BO. Plus getting a loaner car when repairs take longer than a day is a Plus.
