This is my fourth car from Santa Monica BMW! I've worked with many people over the years in service, leasing and finance and my experience is always fantastic! Previously I've purchased cars from other BMW dealerships but none of them beat this location. I'd like to especially thank Patrik in leasing, Thomas in sales, Kye in sales and Nicole in finance for making the purchase of my new 2026 iX XDrive60 a fun and painless experience!

This dealership has the most incredible staff!!! Everyone was so nice!!! Very smart personnel, very kind, very knowledgeable a pleasure to work with my salesman went above and beyond the call of duty to explain every detail to me perfectly so that there would be no doubt at all when I purchased my brand new BMW he was a joy to work with. I will definitely buy another car from Santa Monica BMW.!!! The gentleman in the office who took care of the paperwork was very knowledgeable also and very kind and very easy to work with!!! I even talked to the owner who was extremely kind and extremely knowledgeable and just a joy to speak with everyone from the owner to the Salesman to the gentleman who does the paperwork made me feel so ease buying this brand new BMW it was a pleasure to work with them!!! I've bought alot of cars at different dealerships but
I've bought alot of cars at different dealerships but they where amazing there the entire staff was very nice and great sense of humor which I love. and our sales man Jimmy was great, very patient and helpful. when the time comes again I would definitely buy another car from them.

Poor customer service at best, lack of honesty and
Poor customer service at best, lack of honesty and transparency, and just all around not helpful. I was repeatedly told correct information, which directly conflicts with what is in my service and maintenance contract. I've been a BMW customer for almost 20 years and I've never been treated so poorly. In addition to the lack of transparency and honesty, I experienced homophobic behavior by Sam Hafez. I was then was ignored and not at all acknowledged by Thomas Nguyen. Dellis Montell also repeated ignored my requests for help. Save yourself the headache and find a different dealer, especially if you are a woman or if you are a man who cares at all about how women are treated. Not surprising that the Yelp reviews are terrible.

Thomas has lost his zest for this job.
Thomas has lost his zest for this job. He has been cold every time I’ve gone into the dealership. I turned in a car and leased a new one and the experience was the worst I’ve ever had. He was supposed to have my windows tinted for extra money but when I went to get the car no tints. His tone in his voice was very rude. I will not go back if he remains working there. Max was the sales guy and did a good job.
