Very smart personnel, very kind, very knowledgeable a pleasure to work with my salesman went above and beyond the call of duty to explain every detail to me perfectly so that there would be no doubt at all when I purchased my brand new BMW he was a joy to work with. I will definitely buy another car from Santa Monica BMW.!!! The gentleman in the office who took care of the paperwork was very knowledgeable also and very kind and very easy to work with!!! I even talked to the owner who was extremely kind and extremely knowledgeable and just a joy to speak with everyone from the owner to the Salesman to the gentleman who does the paperwork made me feel so ease buying this brand new BMW it was a pleasure to work with them!!! I have been purchasing my BMW cars from SMBMW for over 30 years and I must say I am extremely pleased with the sales department, service department and overall encounters with this dealership. It is very comforting dealing with the same staff each time I visit SMBMW. They run a tight ship.

After four BMW's over 25 years at Santa Monica BMW, I think I am a fine representative to write. a review on them. I never purchased a vehicle from them, always somewhere else. However, always serviced my car there... 1) a 2012 328i hardtop convertible, 2) a 2014 328 Sportwagon, 3) a 2012 328i 6 cyclinder sportwagon, and 4) a 2019 X3 S30i. My favorite of the bunch was the engine of the X3, the sport suspension of the 2014 sportwagion, and the best torque was the 6-cyclider 2012 Sportwagon. Overall favorite is the newest X3... what a car. After all these years, I only had one issue..I was promised a car detail if I did a review of the service rep's work before my car was done, and after when I brought it up, he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about... Lesson: GET IT IN WRITING, ALWAYS! Just because they"recommend" something you don't need to do it. Remember that. Overall, it is a great delealership in my eyes. I would go here vs.Beverly Hills BMW any day!

Gary was able to help me buy my car from my lease option. I was in and out of there in less than two hours. Henry the finance guy was also super professional and fast. They took care of me.
