Terrible purchase experience. Bought a car online with this dealer and the purchase experience was horrible. Disjointed customer service - had to deal with 5 different people (1 was not their fault, rest was). And worst they did not disclose multiple problems with the car despite it being a CPO vehicle. Dishonest and unapologetic. Even when I reported the issues with the car I bought they couldn't care less and just said "its a used car" (Wayne Lewis - used car manager). That is what he says when you buy a CPO car from them. Stay away from these folks. The density of dealers in Southern California is high. Why would one choose Bob Smith? No reason.

I had the most amazing experience!!!!! All my life I was dealing with Mercedes….now I’m done. On 04/22/22 I got new X7 ….Ryan was the one who helped me, everything we discussed over the phone was exactly what I got. It was absolutely no pressure and what surprised me that it was very kind and honest relationship between dealership and costumer. I think this is my first review I’ve ever submitted….so next time if I need service or new car I will drive from Santa Monica to BMW of Calabasas.
