Richard was nice and very informative about the vehicle. He didn't push when I walked away to think about the purchase. When I returned later the same day to purchase, he was quick with the paperwork and a delight to work with. I will recommend this dealership in the future.

Beware if you use them for service and they ask you to
Beware if you use them for service and they ask you to leave your car citing they need to test drive it to find problem. They drove my car over 400 miles (? Joy ride with friends) and dismantled my child car seat. They had the audacity to slip in the gas charge (because they used an entire tank full) on my invoice too.

Horrible experience, unprofessional staff, threatening
Horrible experience, unprofessional staff, threatening sales person, very discriminating individual Kaleb. Drove 3 hours and ignored us.

Terrible customer service
This is the 9th vehicle I’ve purchased in 12 years, by far the worst customer service I’ve ever received by what is supposed to be a “luxury car brand”… PLEASE KNOW IF YOU DO BUY A VEHICLE HERE, SAYING NO TO ANY WARRANTY UNTIL YOU’RE ABOUT TO STAND UP AND LEAVE WILL REDUCE THE AMOUNT BY 50%! Please also know Harry Kim (finance) will push documents in front of you to sign by telling you half of what they are for and leaving the most important parts out, he almost forgot to have me leave my deposit! Perhaps tired on a Sunday, or just really bad at his job? I’m guessing the latter… If you do walk into this dealership and Brian is your salesman, run, ask for a different salesman! HIS CUSTOMER SKILLS ARE IN THE TOILET. He only later emailed me the document I signed in finance BY ITSELF WITH NO TEXT OR CONTENT, and letting me know I’m stuck with this vehicle when I like it or not. Not concerned with why I didn’t like the car, or what he could do to help the situation, just letting me know I’m SOL. I’ve left 2 messages for the GM John Bigelow with no return call, it’s obvious this dealership cares nothing about you being happy. Run don’t walk from Volvo of Kearny Mesa!!!

Service advisor
I have always been pleased with the service advice CHRIS SINCLAIR has provided me for my xc-90 and s-60 volvos. He is detailed and explains any potential service problems that may arise. I value his advice and the personal care/details he provides. The new appointment system allows me to wait for my car, as opposed to drop off and pickups. The waiting area is first class with coffee. Keep up the good work Chris and keep the appointment system in tact.
