Ronnie Holland was amazing, he followed up with us and when we came in unexpectedly, he went out of his way to make sure we looked at all options and emphasized that making sure we were 100% in love with our decision was of the utmost importance to him. He stayed with us for several hours and even when the numbers weren't working out for us, he didn't push us into anything, and kept working to see what he could do to take care of us by being resourceful. I wouldn't definitely return there for my next purchase if he is still working there because he was a the best part of the experience other than getting a new car that we are very happy with. Even after seven hours of looking at car and working out the finance, when we were all exhausted, he still took the time past his clock out time, to show me how to work the radio and other features. I can't say enough wonderful things about him.

Went to look at new cars /vehicles, and had a great experience because of Sales Associate - Yusef Adams assistance. The other staff were also very helpful and accommodating. We did not feel pressured and we were actually given more options on which vehicle to choose and purchase based on our driving needs. All in all a very efficient and easy process. I would recommend this Dealership to our friends looking for a Honda vehicle.

Yusef Adams was awesome. When I arrived, the car I inquired about was already warmed up and ready for test drive. Service was awesome with both Yusef and the Finance Manager, Mallie Stevens. You couldn't ask for better service and of all my years of buying cars, this is the BEST service I've ever received. Keep up the great work!!!!!

What a great experience. We did not feel pressured or felt tricked into a car. Hillary just helped us getting what we need at the price that we all felt happy about. She was great, and patient (very!) through our decision process.

Hillary and all of the staff at Pohanka were very professional, thorough, and helpful. We purchased a vehicle on their busiest day of the year so it took longer than usual but they got us a great interest rate, came down in price, and made us feel welcome. Their facility is very comfortable and the coffee is my favorite- Starbucks.
