misquoted the cost for brake service 2 years ago.

misquoted the cost for brake service 2 years ago. Brake caliper tension clip broke off at some point after service. Refused to replace the $5 part. Was almost charged $200+ for diagnosis. Was actually charged $60 to be told that the tension clip was missing (something I told them when scheduling and on arrival). After the inspection I was told they won't order this part. They'll only order the whole caliper with the tension clip included. Turned what should have been a good faith $5 part & 10m repair into a $220+ multi-hour affair.

We just purchased a new 2025 CX-5 from Tonkin Mazda, we love the car. Sales manager Mitch and sales person Mallory, were both professional, patient, excellent, and smooth, the dealership is very classy and won't disappoint. We received the best deal anywhere in the Pacific Northwest. We highly recommend Tonkin Mazda, Mitch and Mallory, definitely five stars thank you!
