I always have a great experience at the Ron Tonkin Mazda Service Center, and this time was no exception! I brought my car in for its scheduled service and was helped by Thor, who was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. He got me checked in, walked me through the expected timeline and estimate, and took the time to talk through recommended services without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. I also really appreciate how communicative the team is throughout the entire appointment. The text updates make it easy to know where things stand, and I especially love getting the inspection video. Will, the technician who worked on my car, did an awesome job walking through everything he was seeing, explaining what looked good and what I might want to keep an eye on or address in the future. It’s genuinely helpful to be able to see what they’re talking about rather than just getting a list of recommendations. Thor continued to check in throughout the appointment, kept me updated, answered my questions, and helped me figure out what made the most sense for my car and upcoming services. I really appreciate that the team takes the time to understand what I need and make thoughtful recommendations rather than making the whole thing feel transactional. Car maintenance is never exactly the highlight of anyone’s day, but the team here consistently makes it about as easy and pleasant as it can be. Purchased a car about a month ago brand new that had a small ding in the door. Ron Tonkin said they would fix it made an appointment said it would be a couple hours. I got a loaner car three hours later. Couldn’t even tell the dent was there.

Good waiting space with nice amenities such as complimentary coffee, tea; and other snacks for purchase. Pretty smooth operation they have going there. From check in to checkout. Staff is professional and friendly, answered my questions.
