He knew everything about the car and took the time to actually sit in the car with us and go through all of the features. He had answers to ALL of our questions, and even said if we need more help in the future to just come in and he would help us. All of the staff at the dealership were very personable and easy to work with. Jacob in finance was also very helpful and made our experience easy. He was also very knowledgeable in his job. He also told us we could call him with any questions regarding this purchase. We would highly recommend Michael Kasper to anyone looking to purchase a new Mazda.
