Select Eurocars

I typically dread the entire car buying process, but stumbled upon Select Eurocars when looking for a car for my college age daughter. They had exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. Even better though: in all my days I've never met a car dealer as kind, accommodating, trustworthy, and reliable as Joel! Service both before and after the sale has been excellent, and he and his staff are a complete pleasure to work with. It was like buying a car from a trusted friend, and I am still completely impressed and amazed by it. I would not hesitate to recommend his dealership for future car-shopping needs.

For over ten years I have bought cars from Joel and referred my friends and family to Select Euro Cars. Recently I was looking for a brand of car that Joel does not usually carry. Joel went out of his way to find just the right car, in my price range. About a week or two after purchasing my 2008 car, I had a problem with one of the power windows. I phoned Joel and he arranged for me to bring it in that evening. Joel also goes out of his way to make sure his customers are comfortable while they wait for repairs. I highly recommend Joel Osserman and Select Euro Cars.

My wife said that buying our car from Joel was the most pleasant car buying experience she ever had. However, after the sale, we discovered some issues, mostly minor. Joel stood behind EVERY promise, and made the car exactly how we expected. The radio blue-tooth connection took time and unexpected expense from Select, but Joel and Ray and Erick kept working until all was perfect. Finding someone that honors their word long after the sale is very valuable. The repair facility had comfortable work space and high-speed internet, so waiting for service is still productive. We highly recommend Select Euro Cars.

Joel is a different kind of salesman, laid back and knows everything there is to know about Volkswagen/Audi. He spent several hours going through several models with us and telling us about maintenance and what to expect from each model. Unfortunately we were looking for a newer car than what he normally deals with, but should we be looking for something that he might have a chance of stocking, he would be our first choice hands down.

Bought a 2005 Toyota Tacoma, traded my old pickup in. Joel is great guy.. Had a minor inconvenience due to living 1 1/2 hours away, wheel bearing was bad, called Joel and took truck back and it was fixed that night. A little inconvenience but it was fixed fast ! Nice people, no pressure and very willing to work with you..

I am in love....with my 2001 Audi Quattro TT. Before my 19 year old son was born, I drove sporty cars. I have always missed it, but you know your kids always come first. Now that he is off to an amazing college in Florida...I am back in my sports car! My husband and I need a car that has AWD just to get up our driveway in the Rochester winters. That really limits your choices with a sporty car. My husband did a search with AWD sporty criteria and TADA!!! my Audi came up. We took the drive to see Joel in Waterloo and the rest is my fairy tail history. The car is amazing and Joel did everything he said he would to make us happy and comfortable with our purchase. I will definitely be talking him and his business up for a long, long time.

I bought my first car from Select Euro Cars and was beyond pleased! I was young and really didn't know what I was doing. Joel worked hard for me. Got great financing that worked in my budget! This year it was time to trade my Beetle in for a bigger car and I knew exactly where to go :) I now have a snappy Jetta Wagon just as awesome as my Beetle. Select Euro Cars is the BEST place to buy a car!

We were looking for a new used car for our daughter and ended up going out to Select Eurocars because there were 3 VW Jetta's in various trim levels. Joel was the only salesperson there that day and just put gave us the keys and put a dealer plate on 4 or 5 cars for us to test drive. We decided on which one we wanted but he could tell we weren't really sure and he offered to let us take it home overnight to make sure it was what we wanted. We told him it was really for our daughter and she would have to see the car. So he asked where she was and we said Brockport. He said go ahead and take it to her, just try and be back by closing and if you are running a little late just call and let me know. We returned about 15 minutes before closing and said we were given the okay. Joel started the paperwork process and we returned a few days later to complete the paperwork and pick up the car. Our daughter had to take the car back because the heating/cooling blower motor was making noises. Joel order the part and she returned a few days later to have it installed. Overall the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Make sure to ask Joel to get mugged.

Recently purchased 1999 Passat, Car was in nice shape. Clean. I had visited Select in the past and always surprised by excellent inventory choices. My trade and buying process was painless. Although I recently had some minor brake issues (rear caliper was binding), I haven't yet taken my newly purchased Passat into Select eurocars for maintenance/repairs, but I suspect Joel and his staff would be very thorough and professional. When transferring stuff from trade I had inadvertently left some personal effects behind. Joel went above and beyond what I expected and FedEx'd them back to me.Overall a very pleasant purchase experience.
