I bought a 2014 VW Passat Sel Premium from this dealer ship in 2018. There was a small dent on the hood, but a tech fixed it perfectly. Sales Rep. Caril Bernard helped me find just the right Passat since I am in NC and had to have it shipped. Caril made sure everything was right. The car had 24K miles but looked new when delivered.

We purchased our atlas in 2021. Our salesman called us a year after purchased to check how every thing was going. Always have a pleasant experience. Have had to bring our little kids with us and everyone was very accommodating!

I purchased a 2007 Lexus from this dealership as my sons first car and we both thought that it was a great car and a great price. We worked with Teresha throughout our whole experience at the dealership and thought that she did a great job informing us and answering all the questions that we had. The worst experience buying a vehicle. I do not recommend buying from them at all.... bought a Honda odyssey was told that it had been thru a complete check and everything was good.. LIE..... when we came back to pick it up, we couldn't even drive it off the lot because the high pressure hose busted.. left it over night to be fixed . Drove home just to have it back in the shop the next day . . Another 700 in repairs... brought this to their attention and was told "you bought it as is"... here it is 30 days and still in the shop and so far this bill is over 2800....I asked them to meet me in the middle on the cost, or even let me bring it there and I'd cover labor or parts... still waiting on a phone call.... NOTHING!!!!
