Buyer be ware. Vorderman will sell a car with damage and not disclose it. will not accept any responsibility . Bad business practice! Entire shop. Typical used car salesmen!. Too bad for the industry !

I was very pleased with how quickly they responded to me. I emailed them about 10 minutes before they closed, not expecting to hear from them until the following day, but they emailed back within 5 minutes. They salesperson I talked to on the phone was very nice, informative and helpful!

Very personable and friendly staff. Vehicles and facility were outstanding and all-in-all, a pleasant experience.

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership, everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressured at all and I absolutely love my vehicle!

I would not ever use their parts Dept. or this dealer for anything I ordered a new part that wasn't need and was told they have a no return policy complete xx

Vorderman Volkswagen is a joke! My car has been in and out of the shop with them, they “fix” the issue and then they don’t fix it correctly and my car is right back in the shop. The second time they had my car they had it for over 8+ months. After those 8 months when we got the car back within 24 hours it went straight back to the shop because it was dumping fuel all over the place and come to find out one of the techs forgot to tighten a valve. This time we took my car to the shop because we spoke to a service tech. last week and they told us my heater core was under warranty in my vehicle because the heat has not worked right in the car since the day I bought it. We took it there this morning to be told they’re not covering it under warranty because my vehicle is not throwing a code for the heater core. Are you kidding???? It’s clear as day the heat does not work, but since my car isn’t throwing the code we can’t fix it under warranty??? Not to mention we took time out of our work day to take it to your xxxxty shop to be told this? It would’ve been nice to have communicated that last week. I will never recommend Vorderman Volkswagen they suck!!!

I was so excited to shop for my first VW after falling in love with them only a few years ago. However my experience with this dealership and some of the people working here, was horrible. After going through all the hoops to get approved and to find that care that I wanted. I was able to come pick up my car and finalize my paper work with Adam (car salesman) and Justin (Financial Guy). Justin from the first paper I signed mislead me on everything I was signing. I knew what I was signing but when it came time to leave and I asked for copies of everything and his buisness card he assured me that it was in the paper work he gave me. I have two boys under 5 so looking overeverything he gave me wasnt in the cards in that moment. However when i got home I emailed Adam and expressed I didnt get any of that paperwork. He had someone else in the company reach out to me and refused to help me anymore. The woman I got to talk to after that is my reason I wanted to write this at all. The woman from the main office pretty much said she didnt care, they wouldnt help me further, and that I should just be happy that she got me the car at all. That she only did it because she "Felt Bad for me". Never in my life have I felt so small. Its their job to run my credit, its not their job to judge me and belittle me. My husband and I make great money, I wasnt approved for a 2019 because she felt bad for me. This comment amoung many other from this company was hurtful and insensitive. I would love a call from a corporate line to discuss this further. Thank you.

My 10,000 mile service appointment went beautifully. Each member of the service team was polite and professional. And Adam Leykauf, my car salesman, remembered me and made it a point to stop by the super clean waiting area to ask how things were going with me and my Jetta! It doesn’t get any better than that.

Dealer made little to no effort to sell VW to me. Even after offers. Disappointing.
