Derry was a great person to work with as he made sure he completely understood our budget and what we were looking for to meet our needs. The paperwork process was super easy and fast which is usually not the case. We got the car we wanted at the price point we needed and the deal was done in two hours from test drive to driving home. They have also stood behind the car by taking car of things after the sale that have arisen. Top notch dealership and outstanding service!

Great dealership to work with, they were very friendly and answered all the questions I had. They knew what they were doing and were not pushy. It was all set up and organized well from the moment I called and set up a day to look at the car to the time I drove it off the lot. Kevin was great to talk to and made sure you were comfortable being at the dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership and the people who work there. Noami was great with the finances and easy to talk to, any questions I had she was able to explain and help me get a better understanding. If you plan to finance you vehicle, expect to wait a long time to finalize your paperwork, and boy oh boy do they push that extra insurance. My head was spinning after I declined the insurance for the umpteenth time. Our salesman was kind, but I wish he would have been a little more knowledgeable about the vehicles we were discussing. He was relatively new to the Vorderman family, though, and its understandable he wasn't able to answer all our questions. Google helped us out there. He did deliver amazing customer service, so overall we were pleased with him. This is definitely the place to go if you are in the market for a VW. We finally decided on the model we wanted to purchase, and a search revealed Vorderman had 5 of the 6 available in 100 miles. Prices were spot on with market value, but they don't budge much on pricing. I was somewhat surprised that our vehicle wasn't detailed before we picked it up. I expected all interior surfaces to be cleaned up, but there were still drink spills on the console, dash, and doors. I generally buy private party when I can, and find the process to be much smoother than working with a dealership, but as far as dealerships go, I would say they are a bit above average.

We dealt with Derry, who recently changed to VW. He was courteous, respectful and eager to find a the best solution for myself and family. He did not try to sell on car or another, just fit our budget and vehicle expectations. While he was eager to get us in a car he was more interested in giving us the piece of mind in our ownership of the car.
