Valley Honda

During this holiday season, we bought a CR-V from the Valley Honda. We would like to thank the salesman Joe Barsalona for his patience and customer service. It was not an easy decision for us because it goes over our initial budget. Unlike other salesmen, Joe did not put pressure on us and gave us enough time to think about. After online research, we were convinced that it is the price we have to pay in order to get the car we want. After we made the purchase decision, Joe’s professional advices were very helpful. He and his manager also tried hard to make sure we are satisfied with the car we get. In brief, we are satisfied with the customer service of Joe and Valley Honda. We will refer him to our friends who want to buy a Honda car in the future.

We worked with Tom Prosperi and Andy Kovalsky. It was a pleasure to work with both of them. They answered all of our questions about the CRV. They were very professional. The dealership is very well run, and we would definitely buy another vehicle from them in the future.

This was my 2nd time working with Valley Honda. Just like the first time Bill Terhorst and Kurt Gonzalez were extremely helpful, understanding, and honest. They made the car buying process very easy and affordable. I appreciated their concern for me, not just as a potential buyer, but as a person. I will definitely return to Valley Honda in the future.

I researched what I wanted (the CRV EXL with Navi), and went to Valley Honda and worked with Cheryl Butler. She took me straight to the cars I was interested in; gave me a tour of their awesome service dept; gave me a fair deal, and showed me how to easily work all of the navigation and Bluetooth controls. Mario checked us out (we added a few extras), and we were done! I'm more than pleased!

This time I just went to this dealership for my purchase and was helped by Eileen Davis, who took good care of during the whole process. She was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I had the most amazing experience at Valley Honda! Eileen, Kurt, Mohit and Madi were so helpful and made my experience great! Eileen listened to my needs, and matched me with the perfect fit! Eileen suggested the 2015 Honda Civic EX-L because its attractive, has great gas mileage and very affordable! The vehicle has everything I need! Mohit helped me pick out the best accessories; I LOVE the LED illumination lights! Kurt went above and beyond assisting me with financial questions, and any paperwork questions I had! Madi was great with making sure I was prepared for everything! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating with their time! And trust me, I used a LOT of their time, especially Aldo who test drove multiple cars with me! The day I picked up my car, everything went smoothly! Eileen took the time to explain everything to me, from what the User Manual said to every button in the car! I had lots of questions, and she was happy to answer them and had such a positive attitude! Madi was so organized with all the documents I needed to sign, and took the time to explain what I was signing and what 'GAP' insurance is :)! Kurt and Mohit even came to the delivery room and took a photo with me in front of my new car!! I love Honda's and I Love Valley Honda and I will continue to come back!
