David Foo, my service advisor, went the extra mile in trying to determine the problem my cx5 was having. He is a patient listener. He was quick to get me a loaner knowing it would take time to diagnose. Overall very professional and thoughtful.

Every service to my car has been a breeze. Everything from setting up an appointment, to dropping off my vehicle has been met with a friendly demeanor and an expeditious service. On longer maintenance windows I was provided with a loaner vehicle but with that said I was generally driving back, to pick up my car, within a couple hours. Definitely would and do recommend Classic Mazda East to all my friends and family.
