We were looking for a new car after our Mazda was totaled by a car running a red light. The day we came by Classic Mazda East we were "just looking' but our sales representative Rizwan Haquee did such a good job of listening to our needs and explaining the options that within about an hour we decided to purchase. Rizwan took care of the complete process in a timely and professional manner. Great experience and not the old way car dealers treated prospects. No high pressure, just honest answers. I have been going here for service for several years now. My first service adviser was Julie Rose, who is now a service manager. A much deserved promotion for her! I now use Gary Moretti. He's up front and knows what he's talking about. I will definitely be using him for future service appointments.
