Fantastic Experience
Brain Sturgeon (sales consultant) reached out to us promptly, after we contacted the dealership online re: the vehicle we were interested in. The day of the test drive, Mr. Sturgeon was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and we never felt pressured. We will definitely recommend the dealership and Mr. Sturgeon to any of our family and friends who maybe looking for a Mercedes Benz. The financing part was a smooth and quick process, thanks to Mr. Larry Cash who was also knowledgeable and gave us some good information about pre-paid maintenance agreements.

our first merc
We got the car we liked. The detail department really did a great job polishing the spots that we asked to fix away. Casey was very easy to work with. Mr jeff the sales manager was kind enough to get us a nice gift and was very friendly. and mr cash the finance manager had us in and out in a timely manner. Please ask for jeff and casey for your next merc.

Alex Clothier Saves the Day Again
As my vehicle was suddenly in need of service, my Service Advisor, Alex Clothier, saved the day once again by making arrangements for the repairs that very same morning. Alex went above and beyond to ensure that not only my vehicle was repaired but also came through with a loaner vehicle when they were extremely busy that week. I continue to bring my vehicle into Annapolis for service because I know that I can count on Alex and the service department to exceed my expectations. I wouldn’t dream of taking my car anywhere else.

Beyond Expectations
As a new MB owner, had a flat tire with a nail but I wasn't able to drive car to dealer because of upcoming knee replacement surgery. MB Annapolis pickup my SUV and return after surgery.
