Dealt with Steve Mc Elroy on an out of state purchase. ...

Dealt with Steve Mc Elroy on an out of state purchase. He was very easy to speak with and followed up proactively (but never pushy). When we agreed terms the delivery process was very well organized. Steve was waiting for me at the agreed time ready to go. He had everybody at the dealership lined up to make the experience first rate. Thanks Steve.

I stopped into Annapolis to purchase my fourth Merecedes...

I stopped into Annapolis to purchase my fourth Merecedes Benz. I set up an appointment with Michael ahead of time. I arrived at the dealership on time for my test drive. Michael was not available so another salesman took me for the drive. When we came back Michael was finished with his prior client and we sat and talked. I was very specific that I didn't want to play games and wanted his best price. I told him I always get three bids from 3 different dealerships and he had one shot to earn my business. I don't go back and bid the dealerships against each other. He gave me his price which was already higher than my first quote. I thanked him for his time and left the dealership. I received a call the next day asking where did he need to be price wise to earn my business. What did he not understand by not giving me his best price from the start? Michael's a nice and friendly person but he's the exact stigma of what people don't like about car salesmen. With a score of 840, and a repeat buyer, I should get the best price right from the start. I saved more than $200.00 a month by going to R&H in Owings Mills. Michael should be ashamed for trying to rip me off. I had purchased my 3 previous cars from Herb Gordon.

Excellent customer service all around. I live about...

Excellent customer service all around. I live about forty minutes away and it is well worth the drive to come into the dealership. They had a great inventory of used vehicles. Sales was excellent. They helped me rather than tries to sell me. The finance manager made the process very smooth and efficient. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a used car.

My husband had already leased a vehicle from this...

My husband had already leased a vehicle from this dealership and with Al as the salesperson and had a good experience. We went back to look for a vehicle for me. Coincidentally and luckily they had the exact car I wanted in the showroom. Al was very responsive to our unexpected arrival and knew the exact car I had described. We were able to test drive it. Since we did not have our trade in vehicle with us we went back two days later and received immediate service. His recommendations for sealant coverage and low jack coverage were very important. The price for the trade-in and the new vehicle were exactly what we were hoping for. We drove away that day with our new car. Very please with the service.

Chris Tarsa is an excellent resource for anyone thinking of moving up to a Mercedes Benz. He is knowledgeable and helpful, and he really knows the Mercedes model lineup. My purchase experience was painless and I am delighted with the vehicle I chose. I highly recommend Chris and the staff at Mercedes Benz of Annapolis.

Michael was an extremely helpful sales person. Although I...

Michael was an extremely helpful sales person. Although I learned a lot from viewing the vehicle on line, during the test drive Michael was sure to point out the various features of the vehicle I eventually purchased. He was always available for any questions I had and made my buying experience very easy and smooth. I would highly recommend Mr. Benso & the entire Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis team to any one I know in the market for a great car.

It is always a pleasure to work with Michael and the crew at Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. They always make you feel like an old friend. This is our fourth car with them and we'll be back in a few months at our leaase end to do business with them again. Until then, gentlemen...

Doug was really great. I did an online request for a car...

Doug was really great. I did an online request for a car for my grandmother and I received a call within an hour which was great. I greatly enjoyed and appreciated how efficient he was in getting all paperwork preliminary completed before we arrived at the dealership. Our schedule was running a little behind and Doug agreed to stay late to meet us in order to get the transaction. Overall the experience was great and I would definitely consider buying my next car from Doug. What a professional!!!!! Just to note, this is my grandmother's second Mercedes that she has purchased from MB of Annapolis.

I worked with Al on the purchase of a GL350. The transaction was very smooth. He was very responsive to my questions and his follow up has been excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to to business with him again. They were very fair on my trade and got me the car I wanted quickly. My experience with the dealership, and specifically Al Zayas was very positive.

Quite simply, this was the most pleasant car buying...

Quite simply, this was the most pleasant car buying experience I've had. Everyone I interacted with at MB of Annapolis was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Casey Duffy, my sales consultant, was very generous with his time and allowed me to explore the possibilities. John Dunphy (General Manager) was very approachable and involved in searching for the car that I wanted. They were able to locate and acquire my car from an out of state dealer as I had very specific demands. I am pleased to say that I now have the exact car that I wanted and can't believe it all happened so quickly and easily. Bravo to MB of Annapolis!
