Highly professional from top to bottom. My second interaction with them and they keep getting better. Mia handled my purchase of a car with more bells and whistles than I could count—and she quickly and easily explained them all. No high pressure, no ‘what does it take for you to buy the car today’ xx. Very pelased!

What an amazing experience!

What an amazing experience! Both with the dealer and our fabulous sales executive, Arella Burger! Cannot say enough about Arella! She is knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly personable! She went out of her way to answer all of our questions and was more than patient through the buying and decision-making process. I am over the moon with our new vehicle!

Bought a 2021 GLC 300 certified.

Bought a 2021 GLC 300 certified. Five months later, the battery died. Initially, I was disappointed to find out that no warranty covered it, and I had to pay about $700 for a replacement. However, after reaching out to the dealership, they stepped in and covered half the cost. While I still believe that a certified car should offer more peace of mind in the first year, I appreciate the dealership's willingness to assist. This gesture improved my experience, but I hope for clearer warranty coverage in the future.

Where to start and what to say. When you finally meet someone that meets every expectation you ever had about servicing your automobile and you finally find that perfect combination of service and sales, well your day just gets better and better. Chuck Leyman and Rodd Bowman handle your service needs even before you are aware that your car needs attention. The most important issue for me is the complete transparency of honesty about what your car needs and how to handle the repairs. No high pressure just straight forward transfer of knowledge that the customer can understand and deal with. Yes, I recommend the dealership and the staffing.
