This is the worst experience I’ve have in my life. I’ve...

This is the worst experience I’ve have in my life. I’ve been in car business for over 20 years and I told their salesman ( Eli) that I was in same business that he was. 1st got my name spelled wrong which mean I didn’t care, 2nd He wrote down wrong email address, 3rd sends me a credit application with wrong vehicle link with it 4th NEVER CALL ME BACK, I called him then he said oh I am sorry for wrong vehicle because he got too many customers, 5th I called back next day talking to sales manager Bob King, he was nice talked to me and sent me a quote with $1000 more than the original quotes, call back then he said the vehicle is sold last Saturday... Really guys..... DO NOT WANT OR DEAL WITH THIS DEALER EVER AGAIN. LIKE ALL OF YOU KNOWN ME,PASSING THIS MESSAGE OUT.

I would give Val, the salesperson, a five star rating,...

I would give Val, the salesperson, a five star rating, she was amazing very helpful during the entire process. However Bob King and the mechanic that was in the garage while my husband asked to look under the truck that we were purchasing are very rude! If I wasn't with my child and mother in law I would have confronted Bob King myself when he rudely asked another staff member if "those people are gone yet" I knew that he was talking about us because we were the only customers in the store. Maybe a good customer service seminar is warranted for this man. Very rude and if it wasn't for Val being amazing, we may have walked out. I was mortified that he said that so loud and my son even asked if he was talking about us. Unbelievable. The mechanic in the garage must have come from the same family because he was just as rude and nasty as Bob King inside the store. We will not be going back to this dealer ever.

Fitzgerald used car purchase, excellent experience

Excellent experience from beginning to End. Service Manager Cody answered all my questions and there was no need for negotiation in price. The car and deal worked out perfectly. I would recommend Fitzgerald to folks looking for a car.

purchase of a new car

I highly recommend this place. It was a pleasure to be assisted by Diego Torres for the purchase of my new GMC Terrain 2020. I had a very great experience and he was very helpful on all levels. The process time was correct, relativement fast, pleasant and the rest of the staff very nice. It is a definitely a place to go if you're looking for great cars, great prices and great services.

New Car Purchase

We purchased a new 2020 Buick Enclave Avenir from Fitzgerald's Auto Mall. Our salesman, Armen Martirosjan, definitely went above and beyond to help us in purchasing the vehicle. He came in on his day off and even was late for a birthday party for someone close to him. They even replaced the driver's and passenger's interior door panels that were scuffed while we waited. That is SERVICE!! Armen's commitment and devotion to helping his customers reflects highly upon him and his work ethic. Again, let me extend to Armen and Fitzgerald's our appreciation for what they did for us. I will always highly recommend Armen you and Fitzgerald’s Auto Mall to anyone that I know that is interested in buying a new vehicle.

Our experience was incredible. The salesman Armen M. was very professional and knowledgeable. Also, Achlee made me and my husband feel comfortable completing this process. Kudos to the great customer services from top to bottom.

AVOID.

Buyer beware! Please do your homework and compare the service (dump) department of this dealer vs. all of the others in the DMV. There is no service here - do not buy the "lifetime service" deal at purchase - a gimmick and a disgrace - of to competitors.

Andrew, we disagree with your review of our service department. When you arrived Friday afternoon for your oil change appointment, we were willing and able to fulfill this request. At the time you scheduled your appointment you added notes in a comment box stating you were having drivability issues. Unfortunately when scheduling appointments entering comments does not reserve time, only selecting services to be performed reserves time. This being the case, we worked diligently to honor your request, even squeezing your vehicle ahead of other vehicles waiting to be completed. When our tech test drove your vehicle it was clear we were going to need more time to give an accurate diagnosis. Before our advisor could call you to give you this message you arrived to pick up your vehicle. Since you were going to be leaving on vacation we offered to get you into another Acadia loaner vehicle but you declined. If you'd like to bring your vehicle back in for a diagnosis we are happy to make arrangements with you to do so.

SO GRATEFUL!

Tim and Gaby (and Abe) have been caring for my Park Ave for over a decade. I love my Buick and she's still going strong because of the exquisite service at Fitz. I hit the road for the beaches of the east coast after the recent service with great confidence and joy - while my friends in the backseat exclaimed: "What a smooth ride!" After 13 years of calling on them exclusively to service my beloved Buick, I can say with authority that the Fitz folks are fair, skilled and honest. Fitz is the exception all the way around!!
