Gloucester Toyota is where I bring both our Avalon and Highlander for maintenance. I am confident in their workmanship. Their staff is professional, congenial and efficient. We live in Heathsville and it's a bit of a trek to take our vehicles there. I would not do the trek unless I had a pleasant experience every time. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to have a good relationship with a shop. I would easily consider purchasing a vehicle from them when it's time for another reliable vehicle.

I just purchased my second Toyota from this dealership. The first was June 2022 and was a 2022 Toyota Tacoma. My sales man was Taylor Powell and Cameron the manager. My second purchase on September 16, 2024 was a 2024 Toyota Tundra and to my luck I was able to work with Taylor again and Cameron which are both great guys and in my opinion assets to Gloucester Toyota. Both times I’ve purchased vehicles from them it has been a very easy and hassle free process. I highly recommend them if anyone is looking for a new Toyota or used vehicle. So pleased with the purchase of my RX350! Having had a friend purchase a Highlander a few weeks earlier from Gloucester Toyota, based on her excellent experience I checked their website and found a RX 350 that appealed to me. I first spoke with Anne, who was so helpful; accommodating my schedule to have the SUV available early for my visit. The SUV I viewed online was exactly as the one on the lot. All pictures on their site showed the true vehicle with no hidden camera angles distorting the SUV's condition. Taylor, rightly so deserved the accolades he rec'd from my friend: friendly, knowledgeable about Lexus, and with NO hint of "high pressure sales" my interaction with him sealed the deal. "No haggle" purchase. EXCELLENT, competitive price on the RX compared to others for sale in Hampton Roads and the RX is in super condition! SO pleased! While I DO plan on keeping my RX for many many years - when the time comes for a vehicle - I'll stick with Gloucester Toyota for my purchase.
