Each visit to repair something turns into a major hunt and seek party to try to upsell me on services that are in some cases not needed and some that are just lies. My time there, they tried to sell me tyres when mine only had about 15-20K miles and had plenty of treads. I asked them to fix a leak and they said it couldn't be fixed.. I had it fixed elsewhere. They wanted to replace a fairly new battery. I asked for them to replace burnt-out lights. They didn't even replace two burnt out lights. Lies and incompetence. Never going there again.

Service representatives Don and Juan know me by name and know my Subaru’s needed maintenance when I come in. They explain in detail the type of work required, the cost and time required. They keep one informed during the work progress, any repairs the mechanic has noted, and the mechanic’s recommendations. Then deliver a perfect finished mechanical job and a clean washed Subaru back to me. This is every time without fail. Don also arranged to rescue me from the road when my car quit on the road. That is why my Subaru goes to Palm Springs Subaru for service exclusively

Sarah sets the standard by which all individuals in a
Sarah sets the standard by which all individuals in a service industry should be measured. Service is about expectation management which means keeping the customer informed in an accurate and timely way. A person in the service industry should act in such a way you know they are on your side. Sarah does all these things and I actually look forward to having my Subaru serviced. Sarah is another reason to buy a Subaru and have it serviced in the Coachella Valley.

This Dealership is Dishonest
Palm Springs Subaru are a bunch of shysters. Everything was fine until my warranty expired then I took my 2015 Crosstrek in for routine servicing and they told me they told me that the upper oil pan leaked and I also needed a new head gasket, which would cost more than $4,000. The vehicle only had 76,000 miles on it and I had meticulously serviced it as scheduled. I took the vehicle to an independent mechanic in Indio and he told me my car was fine and Palm Springs Subaru were crooks. I am advising all of my family and friends to have nothing to do with this dealership. Look elsewhere to buy a new car, and definitely do not ever have a car serviced there.
