So I traded in a 2020 Tacoma mint. We got an explorer. Has nothing but a nightmare. Mike Duval said he would fix a seat that was showing the metal and nothing no call back. I had to call back and rip sales guy a new one. Still not fixed. They only fixed some rust I noticed which guy said it’s sold as is. Lesson learned here. Stay clear of Mike Duval and of merchants. Not cool at all.

Asked for round about quote for my SUV they didn’t want to do that since my car would be worth more. Drove 45 minutes to dealership. manager came out told me he couldn’t even come close to what I wanted. He didn’t want to waste my time. I left discovered they still had my registration. Never called me to let me know they still had it. Had to drove all the way back to get it. I asked salesman why didn’t you call me? He said he didn’t know!! Wasted 2.5 hours of my time.

this dealership is set up so well for anyone especially people on the younger side that are still learning everything.
