The process of buying my new-to-me car was exceptional. I first spoke with Kip and he answered all my questions and did the preliminary leg-work. My appointment was with Charles, who made this process very simple. He was not pushy or domineering. This was my second time working with Charles on a purchase and will whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car.

Just bought a 2016 VW Golf Wagon TSI. Worked with Bill and Charles in Sales. Whole process went smoothly. Their inventory is impressive. Great cars to chose from in multiple prices ranges. Low pressure environment but with knowledgeable and efficient employees in all depts.

My husband stopped by to look at used SUV's. I wanted a Honda and he was looking for a Cadillac. We went from looking to buying a Cadillac SUV from Frank Santino. My son bought a vehicle from Midway about 15 years ago. We drive by there a lot and they always have "cream puff" vehicles (old school saying). The buying process was great - Frank was great.
