Purchased my vehicle quite awhile ago. 2010 Ford Fusion really like my car. Just have one complaint. The drivers side window, the black part Charles was supposed to have it replaced and never did. I look at it everyday 😠 not happy. My son Rick Nelson buys his trucks from Charles. I also have had my tie rod replaced and another thing ? Service always exceptional Get my oil changed regularly and always my inspection sticker. All but that one thing regarding the window, will always be a problem for me.
