Charles sold a car to my fiance which he absolutely loves. I returned and purchased one for myself the following week since I was so impressed with Charles' trustworthiness, professionalism, knowledge, patience and overall demeanor! We never felt pressured or hustled. I held off on buying a new car for years since I didn't want to deal with the process, but Charles made the experience pleasant, smooth and pain free.
