This dealership had been extremely helpful. I personally struggled a few times throughout the process and they continues to work with me and assist me in being able to successful finance my dream car. They were so helpful and patient and also very affordable. Loved this place!!

I bought a 2017 BMW i3 from Midway Automotive during the COVID-19 pandemic. Midway got me a great loan deal and registered my car despite the government shutdown. Charles was a great and honest salesperson, Tom & Kip did an outstanding job on the financing loan and also got me a 7 year - 100,000 mile warranty included. Lucy processed my paperwork quickly and efficiently. Mike the owner was helpful and wanted to everything to make me happy and satisfied. This dealership went above and beyond. Met up with Joe and took a look at several cars and left with a car that we hadn’t even considered but works out so much better for our family. Great experience at Midway. They contacted me about the car i was interested in a timely manner and got me pre-approved before i even came in for a test drive. Charles was very helpful and made sure I was taken care of even though it was a very busy day. Quick and easy visit and then they had the car ready for me to drive home within in a week. Would definitely recommend shopping at Midway if you are looking for a vehicle. They were all very professional, polite and knowledgeable.

Charles Wilbur was a great help in my search. Though wait times could’ve been better, appreciate their attention to detail when checking out the car. Would refer to others. The price points are very competitive and the X5 I purchased here would’ve cost $2k to $3k more within a 100 mile radius.

They were very accommodating from inquiry, test drive, sales (Charles was very nice and professional), to pricing. Some of the paint on the car was damaged and Mike made sure he had it fixed and buffed. The purchase also included a state inspection sticker. The insurance transfer was smooth and they attached the plates for me. A terrific all around experience!
