Tom and the Midway staff were incredible. I was in sales for 10+ years before a recent career change and tend to be critical of sales people. Tom was fair and there was no pressure to purchase. This was by far the easiest vehicle purchase of my life. Tom was incredibly responsive, this can make or break an experience and is not the norm in today’s world. When we arrived to pick the car up we expected to wait hours as that has been our previous experience. We were in and out in 20 minutes the vehicle was incredibly clean and Tom was on point the entire process. I will absolutely be recommending Midway to people in the future, best car buying experience I have ever had.

Very happy with this dealership as the salesman, Bill Kougias, was friendly, laid back and didn’t put any pressure on me. Car was clean, inspected and Registered at time of pickup.

Frank worked with us on our purchase and what stood out was he communicated with us the entire day. I called early one morning, inquiring about the availability of an SUV. He confirmed it was available and I scheduled a time to check it out in the afternoon. He gave me a courtesy call to let me know someone else was test driving it and would inform me if it sold as it would save me a trip to their lot. Ultimately, we got the SUV we wanted and it was a smooth sales process to finalize everything.

This was car buying with ease! Bill was great to work with. He answered all my questions and got all the paperwork done quickly. It was very nice of him to take into account the distance I drove, especially when it came time for picking up my vehicle. His fidget spinners were a win with my kids!

I’ve been buying cars and trucks for over 30 years (about 15 vehicles total), and have found that the experienced guys who’ve spent their careers in the business are often the best ones to work with. Joe is a prime example of this. Midway had a decently priced truck listed, and I stopped by with only a few minutes to take a test drive. I liked it and returned the next day with my son, who will be driving it as well. Both times, I really wanted to cut through the BS and not spend any more time there than necessary. Joe understood this and really went over and above to make things convenient, all the way through registering and handing the truck over. I spent less than an hour total over my three visits to the dealership, and that included almost half of that time test driving. I also wanted my mechanic to do a full inspection of it, and he made that very convenient as well. Overall, the best used car buying process I’ve ever been through, and will probably call Joe directly as my first call the next time I’m looking to buy.

Bill was amazing I came into midway as a last option..but after dealing with bill I was angry midway wasn’t my first stop....very helping and fast and most of all honest...I feel really great about my purchase and I would like thank midway and specially bill for making my first of many experiences so amazing
