They were excellent. They got me right to the car I was looking for and They did not attempt to add any illegitimate fees to increase the price. They got the car ready for me so I could pick it up the next day ready to go. The experience of getting a car from this place went as well as it could have gone. I highly recommend them. Big Joe is the man! I was looking for a used car to replace my first car I've ever had (which I bought off a private seller), so I had never been accustomed to the stress of dealing with used car dealerships. The difference between the other dealerships I stopped at and Midway Automotive was like night and day. Where I had been treated to run down vehicles, shady employees, and the dreaded haggling at other dealerships; Midway Automotive and Big Joe in particular were a breath of fresh air. I called the dealership and was put through to Joe who immediately ran outside and searched high and low for a specific make and model I was looking for. He found the car I searched for online and after a quick sitdown to go over specifics I had purchased my new car. Great salesman, approachable guy, and overall machine as a worker (he wouldn't let a day off on Sunday or a brief sickness stop him from making this deal happen). Would love to do business with Joe and Midway again!

My husband and I recently purchased a 2016 Outback from Midway. We had been in the market for some time but hadn't found a dealer that could offer us the value we were looking for.
