    Best buying experience ever. Worked with Adam Crowley tonight. My Husband and I were very pleased with letting him know what we were looking for and he... worked to get us what we wanted and then some. It's not our 1st buying experience...but it was the best by far, Adam Crowley (Burlington Mitsubishi) was the most efficient,fast, friendly people. I was quite impressed tonight. I will be going back to see them again when I have to purchase another car and I would recommend my friends and family to them. A lot of my family has done business with them before,,,guess i should have listened to them long ago

    I recently began having issues with my Suzuki XL7 after being sideswiped on my way to work back in January. My brakes had begun to squeak at certain speeds,... and progressively got worse as time went on. I was skeptical to go to a dealership for a repair, thinking that most often the price is more than expected. After doing some research, I went into this dealership with what I thought was a fair price. My first interaction was with John, the service manager, who took time to listen to the issue and immediately had different possible solutions to the problem, depending on where it was stemming from. After the technician, Dave, looked at my vehicle, they were not only able to identify the problem, but also took the time to show me and educate me on what was causing this. This wasn't something that they had to do, but I felt like it was going the extra mile before I even decided to go ahead with the service. Everything that was shown or said made sense, and I decided to go ahead and look into the pricing. To my surprise, the quote was on the LOW end of what I expected to pay. Being so, I had them change my oil filter while they were at it, and they offered a free shuttle to my home or work while the problem was being fixed. After only 3 hours they picked me up from work, my vehicle was rid of this annoying issue, and I've found a group that I will continue to do business with in the future. I fully recommend this group of guys for their professionalism, courtesy, transparency and expertise.

    Worked with Adam Crowley just the other day actually, best experience ever, this is my 3rd car from him and their dealership. Very professional, very fun,... and makes it an easy process. Him and the manager are wonderful! Go see them!!
