This was also the best car buying experience I've ever had! My salesperson, Erica Barros, was excellent! She made the entire process a breeze with her patience, vast knowledge of Toyotas, no pressure sales tactics, trustworthiness, and very caring attitude. She really helped me narrow down my selection and find a car that fit my taste and my budget. After driving around for a few days, I stopped by this afternoon to ask her a few questions on the car's features. Unlike many salespeople who might drop you after making the sale, Erica spent almost an hour to explain everything to me clearly. Her enthusiasm for helping her customers before AND after the sale really stands out! I highly recommend her to anyone wishing to purchase a Toyota!
