I went in with a specific budget for a first time buyer, and the sales man Francisco was very helpful and he doesn?t listens to what you need and gives you so many options for which is best for you. I would most likely recommend him and this location.

This was my first time at AutoNation Mall of Ga location. I switched from my old Toyota car dealer in St. Mountain to this one because it is 2 minutes from my workplace and my car man, Jim moved to this new location. He always gives me a straightforward and honest feedback about what my car needs and I trust him. Overall, like the new place and old face:)

I was completely satisfied with the service at Autonation. It was very organized and efficient once I got there. However, it took 3 phone calls and 45 minutes on hold to schedule an appointment. They never returned my first message after being on hold for 15 minutes. I doubt I would have called a 4th time! Once there, David was terrific, explaining everything and making sure the process went smoothly.

This professional went above and beyond to take care of my wife and I within the parameters he was allowed. His unselfish and sincere concern for customers should be duly noted. A person who respects our Military and treats customers equally reflects great credit upon himself and the service department he leads. I've always been hesitant with dealerships because of unreasonable repair costs and overlooked issues with vehicles. I'll be back, but if he's not there, I'll be going to NTB.
