Great experience working with JC Kim, fabulous!

Easy to work with and good people JC KIM. Also feel that they gave me an excellent deal. Process of negotiation was sort of quick, and the entire Autonation Toyota Mall of GA team is so knowledgable and friendly. I will definitely recommend their dealership to others.

Used Auto purchase

Salesman Joe Y was very patient with us in allowing us to test drive multiple models. No pressure to purchase. Very pleasant car buying experience.

Horrible customer service

We scheduled an appointment twice with a salesperson. They were 25 min late each time meeting us. Every time my husband asked a question they didn't know the answer. The salesperson was not trained to know anything about the vehicle. Buying the car took 4 hours and we waited constantly for them to check on things because they were not knowledgeable. They told us we were a priority but didn't act like it. The person in charge of paperwork kept making mistakes and had to redo it. We have been to other Toyota dealerships that were great, this one was by far the worst. They need some training about the cars they sell and they need to understand that our time is valuable.

My Toyota experience

As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by the front desk ladies and my salesman Zulfiqar Yusuf. Zulfiqar Yusuf Was really informative and made me feel like he would do everything to make my car buying experience the best. That he would take care of me and get me the best price. That I wouldn't leave without the best deal. Everything Zulfiqar Yusuf told me was absolutely true. He was awesome and the automation family was awesome too. I know that the Toyota brand sales itself for its reliability and the fresh new styles they are incorporating in their cars but the autonation family still made sure that even though they sell a great product they would give me a great price. Even my finance guy from the islands was awesome. He had a great personality and had a happy spirit. My friend recommended autonation Toyota to me and I would recommend them to anyone else.

Best dealership in Georgia

I always had a great experience at this dealership. They are always so welcoming and ready to help you achieve your goal and leave with your car. My sales man has always been Jacker Hernandez he is absolutely the best, he will help you and find you the right car for you just the way you want it. I gotten two cars from this dealership and I haven't had a bad experience. Recommend 100% for sales.

Over priced and poor technican work. DISAPPOINTED!

Stated lug nuts are stripped and all of them needed to be replaced. Dealer was the only one to change and rotate and replaced tires since auto purchased! $310.39 for poor technican work!!

2007 Mazda MX5

I was looking for a sports car to replace my motorcycle. I found the 2007 Mazda MX5 online at Auto Nation in Buford, Ga. Low miles and seemed to be in very good condition for a 10 year old car. Good price. I communicated with Andres Llano at Auto Nation. I live in Knoxville, TN, 200 miles north of Buford, Ga. I told Andres I would not be able to get down to see the car for a few days and could he "hold" it for me. He arranged it. I went down on a Sunday, test drove the car, liked the car, and decided to buy it on the spot but could not get the car back to Knoxville for a few more days. Andres arranged to keep the car in sheltered parking until I came to get it. I'm happy with purchase and the overall experience of buying the car is the best I've ever had.
